Density: Composition of plaster and fiberglass, quite dense and heavy.

Surface Properties: Smooth or textured available.

Moisture Resistance: Formulations available offering complete moisture resistance.

Finishing: Prime and paint one coat, oil or latex.

Machining and Joints: Cuts with conventional equipment, thicker profiles require the use of abrasive disks or diamond tooling.

Benefits: Look and feel of stone but lighter weight. Class A fire resistant. Virtually any type of project can be done as custom in GRG, from moldings to Columns and Pilasters to large facades.

Negatives: Heavier than polyurethane, installation is more difficult. Higher cost than polyurethane.
