Home Blocks, Brackets, Gingerbreads and Corbels
Blocks, Brackets, Gingerbreads and Corbels
Decorative architectural blocks, brackets, gingerbreads, and corbels are ornamental elements that add visual interest and detail to buildings. They are made from high-density synthetic materials, polyurethane and PVC, which are low-to-no maintenance and can withstand insects and weather, and will not rot. The products arrive primed and ready for painting.
Architectural blocks are used to add texture and detail to the façade of a building and can be used to create patterns or designs. While our synthetic brackets are purely decorative and do not have structural capabilities, we do offer structural wood brackets for applications that require the bracket to carry a load.
Gingerbreads, or gingerbread trim, feature intricate scrollwork and are typically found on the eaves and gables of Victorian-era homes. Corbel typically refers to a bracket or block that is highly carved and is vertically oriented.
Whether you’re working on new construction, remodeling, perfecting a historic restoration, or just adding a decorative touch, we have the architectural element you need to complete your look. We can even create a custom product working from your photo, sketch, or plans. If you can draw it, we can make it!
